SS - You are my Only Wish

Chapter 1:

“Arnav Singh Raizada here” said the Man..

“Yeah Bhai… Aman Singh Raizada here” Aman said imitating him.

“Shut up Aman… I just called you to say that Send a car to airport” said Arnav.

“Airport?.. But for what?”

“Jijaji is coming”

“Oh jijaji…. What?.... Really?... Jijaji is coming… Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyy” Shouted Aman in happiness that Arnav had to keep the phone away from his ears.

Arnav opened his mouth to say something, but stopped hearing his shout again..

“I’m going to Airport bhai.. Why are you disturbing me no?.. Put down the phone” saying Aman dropped the call.

Arnav looked at his phone wondering what his brother did.. Did he actually dropped my phone?... My call?. How dare he?

Thinking, Arnav ignited his car to reach his house. But all the time, his concentration was only on the chit…

He reached his home and parked his car. He rang the bell of RM and stood there waiting for someone to come and unlock it.

Suddenly a loud quirky voice came, making him to jump from his place.

He looked at the door only to see his excited DI, but suddenly her face dropped.

“DI.. What happened?”

“Why did you came?”

“What?” Shocked Arnav asked her.

“I asked you ‘Why did you came?.’ Are you deaf?” Anjali said shouting near his eardrum..

“OUCHHH DIIII” Shouted Arnav..

“What Di?” saying she pushed his shoulder and looked at his back. Arnav too turned and looked back thinking what his sister was actually searching for..

Anjali face dropped in disappointment, she turned and left, leaving a flabbergasted Arnav.

“What the? What actually happened now?” wondered out loud..

On the way to his room, he saw his mom coming downstairs..

“Hai Ma…” Arnav hugged her and greeted..

“Chottey.. When you came?” asked Kavya

“Just now mom.. Got very good welcome from you darling daughter” said Annoyed Arnav…

Kavya giggled at her son’s annoyed expression..

“You look so cute chottey” said She pulled his cheek..

“Mommmmm” Whined Arnav.

“By the way chottey, your ladli Sister waiting for your jeeju” said Kavya ruffling his hair..

“Ohhh…” Now Arnav understood the reason for this welcome…

“Ok chottey, Do you want to ask anything more?” asked Kavya….

“Nothing mom” said Arnav..

Kavya turned to go, when she was again stopped by Arnav..

“Mom.. Ek minute…” Arnav called his mom, to clarify his doubts.

“Haa Chottey” asked Kavya..

“Please come with me mom, I have something to say” said Arnav dragging his mom to his room.

Kavya looked at his son’s face thinking what he wanted to ask.

After getting into his room, Arnav made Kavya to sit on the bed, he knelt on the floor holding her hand…

Kavya looked at him with curiosity…

Arnav took the chit and gave it to his mom..

“Read this Ma” said Arnav

Kavya took the paper from him and started reading. She smiled along with her smile, a drop of tears too fell down..

“Mom…” shocked Arnav whispered seeing his Mother’s tear..

“Chottey.. How did you get this letter?” asked Kavya..

He narrated everything that happened in the park and at last he asked…

“Mom, Why are you crying?... This letter is something kiddish mom… leave all that” said Arnav desperately not wanting to see her cry more..

“Chottey, this letter is not kiddish.. This letter is that girl’s unsaid words to the world.”

“Unsaid words?”

“Haa.. If you have any problem what you will di?”

“Hmm… I will try to solve myself”

“In case, what if you couldn’t solve it by yourself”

“I will share with dad or you… I have you all for me to share everything happening in my life”

“Right.. But this girl has no one chottey.. If she did had one, she would never trusted that kid’s word and wrote this. She wanted someone to share her grief, so she chose this way” said Kavya looking at the letter.

Then only Arnav understood the tears of his mom’s eyes.

“She might have written in childish way, but that doesn’t mean she is childish…. It’s just that, she was trying to remove her heart’s burned.. Okay” saying Kavya, kept the letter on the bed and left his room.

Arnav sat there pondering over the things his mother said… He again looked at the letter on the bed. He took it and started caressing the letters on the paper. That’s when he noticed a drop of near. He touched it to know whether it was his mom’s or not, but it doesn’t seems to be wet, it was dried.

He read the letter again. He smiled reading her way of threatening the god… Suddenly out of no where he felt the need to make her wish happen. He felt the need to remove her tears…

He stood up with determination and called his manage, Akash Kundra.

“Akash, ASR here” said Arnav

“Yes boss”

“I want you to collect all the details about Khushi Gupta”

Akash nodded at him

“Akash.. If you nod at phone, how will I know that” asked the lion

“Sorry sir.. I will collect the details” said Akash stammering in fear

“Ok… Good” said Arnav and was about to drop the call when he heard Akash asking something..

“What” asked Arnav

“Sir, by the way who is Khushi Gupta” Asked Akash

“Who knows?” said Arnav shrugging his shoulder..

“Huh? How can I find her?” shocked Akash asked him

“That is your job.. Find soon” said Arnav dropped the call and went to freshen up.

He came out of the restroom, saw the letter on the table. He took it, moved towards his locker, place the letter in it and close it safely.

What he don’t know was, he locked the letter not only in his closet but also in his heart. Khushi can forget the things she wrote, but he will never forget what she had written.

He heard a loud shriek of his sister, shocked with the loud voice, he ran out of the room thinking what happened… but was shocked finding his sister totally drenched with kumkum water that they made for aarti…. He heard two voices laughing out loud..

He turned to see his brother and jeeju laughing looking at his sister, he moved his eyes, saw his sweet niece showing puppy face to her mother….

Kavya and Ankit too came out hearing the laugh, stood shocked seeing their daughter..

“What happened to her?” asked Ankit…

“Nanaji…. Wow I saw dad.. So ran to him, but mom came in between.. So she was like this” said Anita looking at his Nana, trying to define herself..

“Bechari DI… Everytime I was her target but today my DI…” Arnav thought seeing the little devil and his sister..

Seeing his sister’s state, laughter erupted but he controlled using ASR’s ever so control freak mind.

“Come beta” Kavya said seeing shyam trying to change the situation..

Shyam greeted kavya and Ankit

“Anjali.. Go n change your dress beta” said Ankit..

Kavya and Ankit shared a knowing smile trying to save their grand daughter.

Anjali left huffing and puffing..

Arnav giggled..”All the best jeeju” said showing thumbs up symbol.

“Arghhh… its all my fate” Shyam cursed himself , throwing a angry glare to Aman, picking up Anita, he went towards his room..

On the way, he whispered to Arnav, “Nice job SS, for sending Aman to pick me up”

Arnav shrugged his shoulder giving loopside smile to him…
